- new graphic profile
ntd offshore a/s wanted a thorough renewal of the company’s graphic profile.
The new profile should emanate quality and competence. At the same time the design should be eye-catching, insistent and arouse curiosity. Furthermore it was important that the design should be asserting on the international business scene.
The new logo and layout is now and integrated part of the company where it figures on all printed and digital material.

Social Sound Patterns
My graduation project.
Social Sound Pattern is a physical installation for up to three persons. The persons can compose music either in unison or individually in a virtual universe. The installation is meant to be displayed and used in a public area, i.e. in an art museum.
Social Sound Patterns invites the player(s) to a social interaction around the creation of music. The installation is designed so that anyone can experience the joy of composing music no matter how skilled they are on a computer.
The installation was developed in cooperation with two fellow students. Claus Bjerre Jacobsen.
My role in the project was concept development, 3D modelling of characters and the planet in the virtual universe.

Arbor Vitae
My BA-project.
Arbor Vitae is an art installation made over the themes “Man's hunt for eternal life”, “Artificial prolonging of life by artificial procedures”, “Alienation” and “Cyborg”. When is One human and when is One a machine?
The core of the installation is a tree stripped of branches and bark. The branches are reattached with metal bars. Cables powering small plastic balls run on the outside of the tree and branches, making it look like veins.
From a speaker comes a heartbeat, its artificial pulse. That way the tree is artificially kept “alive”. When a person enters the tree’s intimacy sphere the rate of the heartbeat increases noticeably and the plastic balls light up.

TrashBot Family
“ThrashBot Family” was developed under the theme “The Robot of the Future”. ThrashBot Family was designed to track and pick up garbage on pavement and open squares in a city. The colourful robots were a welcome and popular addition to the city life and their function was appreciated everywhere they went.
The idea and the concept were developed in collaboration with three fellow students: Martin Jørgensen, Johnny G.B. Jessen and Theis Holm.
My role in the project was concept development, Lego NXT programming and video tracking.

Lighting the Public Space
Lighting the Public Space is an interactive art installation that activates when one or more persons touch the spheres.
The spheres react to the touch by lighting up and producing a sound. When two or more spheres are activated in succession, users can play melodies either alone or more people together.
The installation was developed in cooperation with fellow students, Claus Bjerre, Mogge.
